This is a modern place where you can do all sorts, including getting foreign currency and sorting your international driving licence

The staff are really nice but don't let them con you into using the self service .

Ticketing system and comfy chairs makes for a pleasant wait

It's massive, and slow. Like most goverment type stuff.

Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait and there's always someone a bit smelly
