Treasure trove of imported goodies from France (cookies , condiments, syrups ) and Asia (noodles , sauces, vegetables ). Also great cheese section and a decent selection of vegetarian products too.

The kim-chee here is very good, as are the sun-cured Moroccan olives . Look in the back corner above the OJ for these and other prepared goodies (cheese stuffed peppers , dolmas , seaweed salad )

Look for the big bags of tiny frozen Matane shrimp in the freezer at the back - great quality and a very good value . They also have fresh-caught fish from the Maritimes on Saturdays.

Great selection of fresh veggies and very good prices.

Note that they are closed on Sundays.

No better place to do the groceries !
