The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport

If you're stuck at DTW for a while, it's $150 for their day rate. Max time is 6 hours. Their restaurant is great; they do an amazing egg white omelet . Rooms are nice with very comfortable mattresses

Fantastic place to stay...I wish all airports had an adjoining hotel this nice. Very clean , nice restaurant/bar area and a spacious and well equipped workout facility . Would definitely come back!

Here for a luncheon. Very spacious conference space, friendly and helpful staff . I enjoy the water feature near the front desk.

Great airport hotel ! May be one of the best in the country ! Dedicated security line , beautiful atrium, nice fitness facilities and pool/spa. Also good in hotel restaurant/bar. Great view of the tarmac

hotels located in terminal will make my best airport hotels list just for convenience alone. Not as nice as most westins. Key is the TSA checkpoint . 830 flight, checked out at 8 and at gate by 810

Perfect for an early flight on Delta. Hotel has a nice lane & restaurant to kick back at if you don’t want to hang in your room.

Easily the best "airport-hotel" experience you'll ever have. (In Detroit?! Seriously!) Beautiful rooms, good food, serene environment , and your own private airport security checkpoint !

Keep plenty of time when you come here, they make you go through security check for everyone, the special one in westin is just for crew now!

The hotel was a lifesaver after Delta cancelled our flight after 4 hours for a layover. Room was comfortable and plush. My only issue was that the agent stated he only had rooms with walk in showers .

The best hotel of you are stuck or missed a connection. It is a quick walk to@the gates.

Always good. The beds are so comfortable . The restaurant was under construction but you could order room service .

Also it was a little awkward that the server tells me that the chef would need to run downstairs to get baguettes for the french toast that I already ordered.

The corned beef sandwich is fantastic. Go for the sweet potato fries with it.

Stuck in Detroit airport ? Great hotel right off Terminal A. Quiet , peaceful with great restaurant and lounge .

Great Hotel for its easy access (TSA) to the Airport . The pool is very hospital like.

Super comfy beds , most convenient airport hotel located inside the actual delta terminal .

In a pinch? Enter the airport through the hotel lobby for check in. TSA security checkpoint never has a line . Walk right out to the gates.

DEMA Restaurant is a peaceful respite with tasty food if you are connecting at DTW.

When the elevator 's going down, it lights up red, and white when it's going up. Finding this out changed my life.

This place rocks. They even have their own TSA gate. But it needs to open sooner.

The room was for someone disabled, which is not exactly as a walk in shower . Lastly the servers at the restaurant don't exactly move swiftly even after you tell them that you have a flight to catch.

There's a separate security line which is great if you're flying Delta but get there early. It opens at 7:45am and the line can be long.

This hotel is VERRY easy to miss! Its n the same terminal as Airfrance. I drove past the hotel 4x til I stopped n asked someone.

Free wifi . Relaxing interior. Fave place for me when I have a couple of hours.

If you're not going past security, there are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only food options are at the Westin.

Best kept secret at DTW. For lunch that is. :)

The TSA checkpoint at the hotel is closed for upgrading through October 2013.

Absolute worst Westin- knowing I had a later flight they put me in a room that is located by a stairwell. The door slams so hard it shakes your bed & this has been going on since early am. Room 323

Mushroom ravioli at their restaurant DEMA is to die for!

Put privacy notice outside door if you plan on staying after 8 am or housekeeping will come early.

Sea bass is very nice. Ask to have it blackened. Delicious.

The ramp crews watch you naked in the windows! Awesome

If u get the sea bass you must have it blackend its the best.

Busy Airport hotel . But restaurant closes at 10pm. makes no sense

Security check point is only open after 730, but what else do u expect from tsa!!!

Lobby bar closed earlier than stated on their website. SPG Club Lounge not open on weekend.
