Horrible customer service and terrible lack of communication. Geek squad takes forever and don't try to call them. Your call will end up in limbo forever. Take your computer somewhere else.

Don't bother using Shopkick for anything but scans here...the sensor never works and the cashiers are clueless as to what Shopkick even is let alone being able to assist you with it at the register.
