Usually really crowded . I've been coming for quite sometime and have gotten various selections. I have yet to dislike my coffee . So I give them thumps up.

This location is very small and busy given its proximity to the hospital . Be prepared to wait during peak times, but the staff are friendly !

Very small place and not too many seats/tables. Came at 1pm and the service was fast.

Yes, this place is CRAZY slow in the morning (worst time is between 9:45 and 11:30) but the staff is actually super friendly and nice! It's just too small to support the hospital caffeine demand.

7 staff members on duty, line out the door, one person both making drinks and taking orders while the other 6 gossip and pretend to clean shit

I was very disappointed to enter at 8pm and wait almost a whole minute before even being acknowledged. If it were not for the barista finally asking what I'd like - I would have walked out.

Absurd and inconsistent enforcement of their refill policy. What worked the last two times did not today. I will try never to return.

Expect a line that coils around the small entry area during am rush hour.

Watch out for the really creepy guy who's conducting shady business , so sleazy!

I returned today and once again peas disappointed place smelled Luke the toliet was overflowing on a bus . Extremely crowded no seats the worse Starbucks I've ever been to
