No longer only vegetarian , they’ve rebranded as the omnivorous Noodle Time. They still have veggie beef !
The food seemed to be good quality. It was very spicy though. Order a 2 to e safe (still might be too spicy ). I ordered garlic mania with chicken and it was too spicy . Get the beef anything & #2
All of the curries/noodle dishes are amazing. This is real Thai food !! Must try the Thai Iced Tea/Thai Iced coffee
Angel curry and cashew pineapple fried rice . The tom yum soup is also great. Also the coconut milk dessert is a nice touch.
It's a special but the Mr Ming noodles (with Szechuan pepper ) are amazing
I'm not vegetarian but I usually don't mind "fake meat " but I could tell a huge difference in taste here. Fried tofu is the way to go.
Noodles were good and spices unique. Brown rice and pumpkin were undercook. Nice people and nice quick food.
So. Delicious. Love the curries , the fake meats , and the red bean pudding !
???? Warning: bathroom has been de-forested ???? also the eggplant curry is the best thing on the menu.
Must eat: "Full-filled your dreams" & the "Fresh Veggies & Herb Rolls" appetizers . The Pad Thai is great and so is the Coconut Milk Noodle Soup (which eats like a meal).
Whatever you order, be absolutely sure to check out the bathroom .
Get the beef panang curry ! And you are welcome.
Melting culture - super tasty. Just get it.
A lot of options to choose from and quick service !
Order the Tamarind & Peanut Sauce with chow mein noodles . Spicy Green Bean Noodle is a good one too.
everything is fast, fresh, steaming, and super tasty!
Usually I hate fake meat but the fake meat here is out of this world delicious
Everything here is good, but I'd make sure to get the "fresh coconut water "
I like a lot of the stuff here but the fake meat always looks the least appetizing .
Food is spicier than most places. Order one star lower than usual!
I knows it's vegan but seriously. It's delish! And I'm not even vegan !
Spicy food , great veg options .
Spicy 4 is more like Spicy 11. You've been warned.
Warning if you are allergic to mushrooms . At this restaurant they put mushroom powder in almost everything - there were only 4 dishes we could eat here. The food is tasty though!
This is hands down one of my favorite places to eat in Seattle.
looking to get a fried rice go for the Coconut milk fried rice
Try the iced coffee .
Spicy vegeterian food
Spicy green bean noodle !
Beware, the spicy dishes are genuinely spicy , unlike many other Asian restaurants in Seattle.
Their monthly special are freaking awesome. I usually eat here twice a month at least.
Order the noodles . Stir fry is not that great.
Don't order to spicy your first time in. They're idea of spicy is a little skewed;)
Tom ka soup , all the way.
Best restroom in Seattle!
Beef yakisoba is delicious!
Spicy green bean noodle w/ fried tofu , two stars
This place is definitely heavy on spice.
Watch out for the msg in their products! They don't add it but they don't shop for msg free stuff either
Awesome vegetarian Thai!
Melting Culture appetizer and then any entree with the veggie 'beef '
November's seasonal menu is tasty. Try the pumpkin soup !
Mock duck .
super spicy food , order one star below what you would usually order!
Don't look at the dust along the ceiling.
Tokyo Noodle w/ "beef " is great!
Best place EVER.
Bathroom hella blew my mind, as well as the Angel Curry .
check out the bathroom . it'll blow your mind.
I second the tip about the bathroom - it's nothing short of a soothing oasis.
Try the Vegan Pina Colada Pancakes - I can't even explain the awesomeness of these pancakes! - Mai Oseto
Can't beat the kale salad with blackened chicken... And the carrot cake! Refreshing good service! - David R
The biscuits and gravy (seasonal), beignets, and cinnamon rolls are all amazing! - Shannon Lynch
One of my favorite Cap Hill bars. Fantastic Moscow Mules, house made ginger beer, on-tap specialty cocktails and a dark cozy interior. Younger crowd but great place. Highly recommended - Michael Todd Smith
If you like vanilla ice cream, great. If you like hot chocolate brownies, even better. If you want the best combination of the two, go to Hot Cakes. The atmosphere is ???? as well. - Justin McKissick
Any Belgian beer! Place is awesome and the beer list is great! Highly recommended after a hard day of work! - Luis Javier Robles
