Underrated show. It could be scary to little kids and my 20 year old...it has spiders, loud noises and things that poke you on the seats. My personal fave and we also do it on the way out of the park
Really enjoyed the show. Great for adults too. They have great special effects. Might be a little too much for very young children.
Children between the ages of 2-5 could be really frightened during this show bcuz the bugs try to "kill you" with spray & scary themed images & the bugs come at you in 3D & physically touch your seat.
Brilliant show that still works after all these years. Nice immersive experience which a 4D feel with smells and moving bits of seats. If you are in the park you have to watch this show.
This 4D movie has a bit more scary fun than the others. Small children who are easily frightened won't like some of the effects. Mickey's PhilharMagic or MuppetVision are more suited for little ones.
My four year old son loved it, as did I. It wasn't actually scary, but someone who is already afraid of bugs would not like it. Great 3D, cute show .
Really great 4-d movie in the middle of the Animal Kingdom's iconic tree . But don't bring little children as it could scare them.
Great 3D show for families! Everyone will have fun!
Surprisingly cute and fun. Worth seeing.
Simple fun and Air Conditioned for all ages
Though a terrific attraction , this proved way too intense for small kids in the audience, even my normally thrill-seeking 5-year old. Parental discretion advised.
If you want your kids to cry and have nightmares, go on this ride. Ride spoiler: they spit water at you and stab you in the back at random times. Scary.
Don't try for front row seats, they're not as good to capture all the show effects as seats further back in the theater .
Honestly I didn't love it, I wouldn't recommend it but if you are a fan of bugs or the movie A Bug 's Life than I would recommend the attraction .
One of my favorites rides! Try to find as many animals as possible at The Tree of Life .
Try to enter in the middle of the group as you have to move all the way to the end of the row
This show is very cute but can often be frightening to small children because it gets dark and loud !
Inside the big tree ! Always fun to go to this every year! It's always tough to be a bug ! ;)
Very funny! FastPass is not necessary since there is a new show every fifteen minutes.
Our five year old found this terrifyingly scary and we had to make an emergency exit part way through.
If you have small children you may want to skip this one because it gets a little intense
Be sure to sit properly in your seat to ensure you get the full experience.
Creepy crawlies will get you at the end. A 3d show with some SFx like smell, air bursts and a little water. You won't get drenched, but will be sprayed.
Cute 3D show with some great surprises and special effects.
When entering, try to be in the middle of the pack. They will ask everone to move all the way across each row. If you're in the middle when entering, you'll be close to the middle of your row.
Please let the bugs and beetles out first! ;)
Really cool 4d ride but I don't think it's for little ones.
Good 3D experience!
Keep your back against the seat to feel the bee sting, stay seated at the end for the beetles effect.
Watch out for the hornets in your seat, middle is the best, and lookout for spider overhead! Super fun experience.
Watch this Bug show for a true example of Bug life. Don't get up too early, or you'll miss the surprise at the end!
When you exit, take a left when everyone else heads right.
3D *AND* interactive! Fun! Even for adults!
3 D shows are great for everyone.
Can be scary for small kids, and needs a refresh.
The views are worth it
This was so much fun. Do not pass this up!
This was fun. My first experience in 4D.
Watch out for those pesky critters on your way out!!!
You should give a STANDING ovation at the end of the show.
I would say children younger than four should probably skip this one. My kids - thrill seekers but not bug lovers - hated this at 8 and 10 y/o. YMMV.
Get your picture taken with David Greybeard, the large chimpanzee head right outside the doors of the lobby.
Make way for the maggots or they will make their own way past you... ;)
Plan your trip for earlier in the week less wait times.
Cool show - totally surprised me and confused me! Hahah
It's a slight trek from the entrance to the theater around the tree of life
Little kids will cry!
OMG!!!! Great show!!! Must see!!!!
Scary and intense for little ones
Better view towards the back.
The light show on the tree was amazing! We took a ride on the Safari - could have been more interesting. - Linda Virgilio
Great option for theme park food. Get the giant turkey leg!! Comes with cornbread and beans, yum. - Sofia Papastamelos
Surprisingly good breakfast options! Try the panini or frittata. - Michał Sterzycki
Best pictures. Sometimes the animals come right up to the vehicles. It's an awesome experience for any kid (and adult!). - Slightly Perfect
A little hard to find but a fantastic ride overall! Normally has a long line, but there are things to observe while in the line. Definitely recommend using a FastPass to get to the coaster. - Claire
Amazing and fun little land for the kids! Lots to do, for kids all ages! - Paul H.
Great performance, love the mechanisms used for all the props - Ryan Nixon
