Understand they lack of staff while having a lot of que. But somehow the staff who is on break or end shift (no idea) is too loud disturbing the staff who stand at the counter. And that was annoying.

Sadly to say, e-vouchers isn’t applicable in their system. Person in charge aren’t aware of such vouchers exist.
