Best Western Orlando Gateway Hotel

I loved this hotel . Paid $228 (taxes included)/4 nights, via Hotwire. Clean , spacious , convenient, two Jacuzzis , gym , 24-hr laundry, store until midnight, tennis , bball, and more!

Great amenities for the price and great staff . When here ask for Tanya, she puts the awe in AWESOME! Great person that loves what she does. .. creating great relationships!

Nice and clean hotel . Staff is kind and easy to talk to and even have a conversation with. Was only here for a couple days as I had finished my reservation outside or Orlando. Will absolutely return

Location, location, location. Close to everything that's important universal studios, outlets, restaurants , parks . Great location and great price

Great hotel , friendly staff , clean rooms , right by I-Drive & Universal . Stayed here 3 times and plan on staying again. Hopefully Tracy is back next time.

Our band takes a big trip every year and we use this hotel . I think it is lovely and it has always been clean . Just a block from Wet 'N Wild. I enjoy it.

It is about a 24 minute walk from Best Western to the entrance to Universal 's City Walk. Head to the intersection of Int'l Dr and Universal Blvd, then cross I-4 on the overpass to Universal .

They have shuttles to the parks as a courtesy. Free parking and great breakfast .

Beatiful rooms, clean . Nice pool and hot tubs . Staff was friendly !

People are so damn picky. This hotel is fine. Stop crying because the bed doesn't server you breakfast . It's not like you got the hotel to ride its rides or shop its shops, you got it to sleep in.

Front desk staff was the best - friendly and fun!

You may notice a flyer on the floor for pizza delivery .. Notice it doesn't have an address. DO NOT ORDER!!! even the hotel briefing warns of the pizza "company" that's been scamming tourists .

If you hit up the bar Ish the bartender is the best. Good company and a great sense of humor.

Old hotel with paper walls.... Not the best choice for a long stay. But if you are in a short budget and you get an discount with experia for 1 or 2 night is ok. If you can, go to other hotel .

The front desk mgr. was awesome, the gym is neat!

I expected more from this hotel , everything here feels cheap and depressing. It seems that some of the guests here are actually living here. The hot water takes ages to appear.

The staff is very friendly , but the rooms were not great. Have stayed @ other BW props that were in better shape; was supposed to have been "newly renovated", then again, what can you expect for $100?

This hotel is so bad. Unfriendly staff , crowded shuttle bus to Universal although the location is good. Slow WiFi , no compli. breakfast , somehow room is not that clean , poor pool. Just stay another

Our room was full with little bugs ! All over the place: beds, courtains, walls... Not the hotel that i imagine... =(

Not a good hotel . Run down. Fixtures are rusty. Late check in time 4.00pm. Early check out. No breakfast included. Cleanliness is good. Air conditioning was not very efficient. Better places nearby.

Not worth what I paid at all. This is a less than $100 charging $130+. Breakfast was horrible. I think the only good thing of this hotel is its location.

Horrible service here. We asked for a non-smoking room. They told us they were sold out. Another customer asked for a SMOKING room. They REFUSED to allow us to trade because they didn't want to clean

Don't stay here. Didn't have hot water wokeup and our room was flooded. #worsthotelever

A equipe é sensacional, muito educados . Meu quarto estava com problema no ar condicionado na hora foi trocado. Possui cofre e as camas são ótimas altas e com vários travesseiros . Café da manhã por 9$

Atendimento cortes e quartos acima da média pelo preço. A localização é muito próxima da universal e dó premium outlet . Cruzando a internacional drive a região é farta em restaurantes e lojas

O Hotel fica muito bem localizado e muito limpo, excelente.

Quarto de tamanho razoável p 2 pessoas. Limpeza é boa. Localização boa. Piscina com muito cloro. Problema no microondas. Funcionários falam português. Ônibus p parques param frente hotel . Sem café .

Tem quadra de tênis , piscina , jacuzzi , sala de musculação , ou seja, só engorda se quiser.
