Best cardio equipment in town ....clean shower/locker rooms, lot's of classes , the only thing missing is a pool and a sauna...but no one in the area offers these so they still win :)
It may not seem like a big deal but get a trainer . Gold's has some of the best. If you want to stay on course you need one. Meghan has been awesome for me.

Kay teaches body pump , RPM and Flow. She's excellent and has a genuine concern for the progress of her class members!
