My friend booked a private party room and paid a deposit for a surprise bday party only to be disappointed. The recent snow storm when they remained closed. THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL US THEY CLOSED
The lack of respect of people in the lane next to you and how some parents leave their kids unattended to dance next to you while bowling is sad!

The security there is a little guy Jeff that walks around like a bad ass but does nothing but let underage girls drink. He looked more like an pervert with little man's syndrome than security.
Customer service sucked, pizza was gross, and if you have trouble with your lane (balls getting stuck, etc) complaining will only get you 25 minutes added to your game. Lame. Go to strike n' spare

Pizza here is awful! U'd be better getting a frozen pizza . Everything is over priced. Always a bunch of unsupervised kids running around screaming & yelling. Fun 4 kids. Not so much for adults!!
