I've lost 50 lbs on the Pinkberry diet. Eat a large for bfast. Eat a small healthy lunch . A tiny healthy dinner and medium for dinner also two hours later. Ask mgr...about "the Ryen diet" it works!!!

Delish! Small original w/o toppings ~ 150 calories! All fat free and plenty of fresh fruit toppings to choose from. Btw, this is true yogurt , with a nice twang.

Try the chocolate yogurt with praline hazelnut crunch. It tastes like a cold creamy spoonful of Nutella !

Pomegranate & original swirl with pomegranate juice topping plus fruit and granola . Delicious.

Go to Pinkberry and get the cheesecake topping. It's SO good! I got mine with Mango and Original swirled, along with strawberries .

If you don't like the tart taste to the flavor ask for honey to help sweeten it up a bit.
