We popped in here to escape some rain. It would also be a good place to grab a beer if a Tokyo becomes overwhelming and you want to hang somewhere more familiar (to US and UK folks).
Lively , spacious pub right next to Golden Gai, highly recommend for a swift pint

A mock British pub , in the heart of Shinjuku. Pretty much a carbon copy of a Wetherspoons in the UK, and an amusing place to come for a drink or two.
