One of the best fine dining meals I have had. Every dish was a wonderful blend of sweet, salty, sour, bitterness and spicy . With different accents of these flavors in every dish.
Impressive fruit flavour and fish/seafood combinations, do not miss the wine pairing and do not avoid the vines from Valais and Waadt

Well earned 2 Michelin stars , even closer to 3 IMHO. Stunning, flavorful menu.
