Cosy little coffee shop , a good amount of seating for the size. Manual espresso machine , long black was excellent. Wonderful value, pastries huge though a wee bit stodgy. Lovely staff . Will be back.
This quirky, dark little cafe sources top quality specialty beans from Africa, Asia and the Americas and serves possibly the best coffee in Scotland. Expect laid-back atmosphere and great hospitality . Read more
One of the best cafés I've been to in Edinburgh, friendly staff , tasty coffee and sweets ????????
Amazing coffee , definitely one of the best in Edinburgh :) Also, great interiors, super comfy and great service!
Great third wave coffee spot! Full of hipsters and locals. (They complained about the place is getting more famous amongst tourists ) Try the flat white !
The lemongrass hot chocolate is amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly . It's a very cozy place and you can tell that a lot of the customers are regulars.
Cozy and fancy place to have a cup of delicious coffee ! Also you can buy yourself a pack of freshly roasted coffee beans
Very rarely do I see a café that uses manual espresso machines . When they do, you know they are serious about their coffee . Try their flat white and you'll not be disappointed!
Very cozy place, excellent coffee . Ask for recommendations by the staff , they're very helpful.
Delicious flat white ! Lovely atmosphere and baristas! Full of locals ☺️???????? MUST GO SITE
amazing coffee of course but poor selection of cakes . it has a pretty good location so it is good to have a quick coffee and just wander around.
I love the sister branch in Malaysia. This is the original & I was excited to try the piccolo . I thought it was ok, a bit disappointed as it wasn't as strong as the Malaysian version. Was still good
Still excellent coffees , some great teas and now even more sweet treats . My one complaint is that they still don't have wifi - come on guys, get connected!
On the pricier side for coffee but the quality is certainly worth it. Had a great flat white .
Not only the best coffee in Edinburgh , but also the best brownies and carrot cake . So good that the staff sometimes hide them from customers, saving the yumminess for themselves!
Beautiful space, good coffees , cool guys, sweet time!
Cozy bar with a great vibe. Amazing flat white and superb cakes .
Great flat whites and almond cake . One of the best cafes in Edinburgh :)
Try the flat white ! Great with almond milk (for the DFs out there)!
Yes, agree. This could easily be the best coffee in Edinburgh . Recommended as well as the cakes !
Feels like a flat converted into an underground cafe bar , with all the charm of an artists hideout.
these guys have the best coffee , been a subscriber ever since we visited them
Charming little spot with great lattes
The marshmallow-nuts-busquit-chocolate bar is heavenly and goes well with a black Americano .
Really good flat white and espresso blend. Really chill place.
Highly recommend coffee shop in Edinburgh. Now I know why - Mirage manual espresso machine , very skilled baristas & flat white ! Gold!
Very cozy . Coffee snobs and hipsters abound. Very good baked things.
They really know their coffee here. And they're very friendly . And the coffee is good.
Great coffees in downtown Edinburgh. Check out the piccolo .
Best coffee in Edinburgh . Fact. The white chocolate and lemongrass hot chocolate is pretty delightful too.
Great cozy place with very individual approach to customers. Recommend!
One of the Best tasted Mochas we ever had!
Great coffee . Tiny place.
Great coffee and cozy seating area
Sadly no WiFi , if I find out the code for Smoke Stack I'll post it here as I reckon it will work :)
Best latte in Edinburgh!
Very good latte , very unique decoration .
Long queue but worth the wait, best coffee in town !
New super fancy espresso machine at Artisan . Looks very cool, makes great coffee . Still #1 in Edinburgh
A place for two or three person group, not much interesting but it cam help with a good hot drink.
Soya milk in the coffee curdled which was really disappointing. All in all nice enough little coffee shop , but takes itself a little too serious for my liking.
Great place, irreverent, fun, lovely coffee . Full review... Read more
Nice coffee , busy, but calm atmosphere .
Nice chocolate croissant and my favourite chai latte !
fine place to meet folks if your in town . just out-of-the-way enough to be quiet on a Saturday morning. sit and slowly enjoy some coffee prepared by people who really get it.
The flat whites are phenomenal!
Watch your coffee being made to see the care and attention that goes into the dosing and tamping.
I miss their long black coffee already.
Best coffee shop I've ever 'bean' to.
