It’s outrageous what they did with my parents, an senior couple in a vacation trip. today they were totally elitists, fascists with my mom and dad. Totally prejudiced.

Service is ok as long as you buy something. When it comes to warranty or replacements you "have to wait 10 minutes" (in real life time up to one hour).
