Parties of 6+ can make reservations , but they book up. Portions are immense. I am a hearty eater and had enough food for an entire add'l meal. Make sure to check out the extensive specials list.

Yes, there's amazing Italian food outside of the North End. Locals have always known that it's the place to go for huge ravioli and excellent homemade pasta . [Eater 38 Member]

Try the "Layered Eggplant " for an appetizer ; the blend of pesto sauce , eggplant , and mozzarella cheese was an unexpectedly delicious combo.  For dinner , the veal dishes are well done; try one.

Lee Fulmer

The lobster ravioli is THE best. So amazing. Also enjoyed the fettuccine alfredo . Perfectly cooked pasta and amazing flavor. Buffalo Mozzarella was also a good starter.

Dean Suhr

Rino's is a small place and parking is a bit of a challenge – but it is so worth the effort. Friendly "like you're family" servers, great food, large portions . North end quality at 1/3 the price!

Bill McBain

check out the lobster ravioli appetizer and any specials they might have for the day. $7up charge for homemade pasta is worth it. Plan on bringing leftovers home bc they give tons of food.

Lauren G.

The bruschetta is like none other, along with the mozzarella balls ! Both amazing. The gnocchi is light and melts in your mouth, the lobster ravioli is amazing, and the fucilli is the most amazing

Jonathan Yu

Great little Italian place in East Boston. Get there early for a table as they do not take reservations .

Nick Geary

As someone who used to live nearby, you can skip the otherwise 2-3 hour wait by going shortly before they open on a Saturday afternoon. The portions are extremely generous and food is top-notch!

Satu Kankaansyrjä

Great Italian food with big flavors! Go family style and share dishes. The gnocchi is a favorite!

Cheri

Get the eggplant appetizer w/pesto! It won't disappoint. Entree portions are absolutely huge. And don't let the wait time scare you away - get a drink across the st - but save your appetite!

Zoe Wong

Lobster ravioli here is the bomb! A MUST try. The ravioli is stuffed generously with lobster meat and melts in your mouth. And definitely order their calamari for starters!

Josh Sands

Half orders are huge!!! Ravioli is the best ever had!!!! Great when visiting Boston to go outside the city and visit

(Best of Boston 2013-EAST BOSTON) Improper Bostonian says, "Rino's is the poster child for making the most of what you've got. With a dining room the size of other Italian restaurants coat checks ..."

Akta Patel

Cheryl was amazing! The food was spot on! So glad we tried it after seeing it in Triple D.

Make reservations if you have 6 people. If you don't, be sure to visit Prima E Dopo across the street for drinks and appetizers or stop by after dinner for dessert .
