They can't comprehend that the manufacturer reimburses them for the coupon plus a handling fee. Try explaining that one to them. Good thing every thing is one price or they would be lost!

I'm sure if someone took the time to explain coupon reimbursement , they would be more helpful and agreeable.

Don't bother trying to use a coupon even though they accept them. They come up with the wildest excuses. The excuses get better every time.
