99% of the time the staff knows what's going on, and the food is good. The coffee is always good. Service varies, food usually takes quite a while. A good place if you want to stay a while.

All the staff here are great! I know almost all of them by name because I come here way too much. Definitely my favorite Alterra location! Get the chai latte !

Turkey Club is excellent, as is the Focaccia Cheese Melt!!! Best coffee in the city ! ????

Free wifi , which is great. Personally, I don't think that the coffee is the best and it's always very crowded when I go in so it's somewhat noisy .

Great coffee ! Great food~ the cranberry orange pumpkin muffin is my current addiction. Atmosphere is very fun, modern and great place to run into your neighbors.

Since cell reception is so bad inside it is important that the WiFi works well but it's been bad here. Ask them to improve their WiFi . It is painfully slow.

Great Java

Stopped here once in an effort to read. Super crowded , lost of background noise (even through headphones) unable to concentrate. Service was sub-par at best. Stonecreek up the road is more comforting

The only reason I stop in here is for the convenience factor; most of the staff are rude, the service is mediocre and it is always crowded .
