Less well known "cousin" of 313 somerset. Tenants keep changing but imperial treasure and cold storage seem to be their anchor tenants.
Small rooftop garden on level 4. Small patch of green, with ample seating . Access via escalators on the eastern end of the mall . No shade, so it’s hot late mornings through to afternoons
Escalator access to basement carpark can be found at end of the mall where Fairprice Finest supermarket it, near their pharmacy & customer service counter
Entrance into carpark. U can drive in from either Somerset Rd & Exeter/Devonshire Rds. However, vehicular exit from carpark only via Devonshire Rd
Even floor elevators are always more crowded than the odd floor when there are more odd floors than even floors, go figure!
Cold storage : if you love Tacos buy the Taco Kit and other ingredients from here. The best place to buy a mexican recipe.
This is actually the Singapore Power building! Get your power and water needs sorted out here! Get some cafe style food at the open air cafeteria !
Be mindful of the separate odd and even floors when taking the lift/elevator
Not very attractive on the bottom floor. Note that even floor lifts are to the left and odd floor lifts are to the right.
Great for quiet shopping - Nuage Boutique and [A-mod] Boutique have interesting ladies clothes .
