Racism is evident with the manager Jenny/Ha Phuong posts job listing online & local ads promoting the shop has 80% white customers and a rear exit to attract unlicensed nail techs to work at the shop
Cited/fined for violations in Oct.2019 & Jan.2020 for unlicensed nail techs & not disinfecting properly among other violations & not follow cease/desist orders by state board.
Smells avid smokers/vapers employed at times (i.e. mgr Jenny & “boyfriend” Andree & others in past) Strong harsh chemical & incense smells at times.
Still employs unlicensed nail techs & licensed apprentices not properly supervised/trained
Staff is super friendly and my pedicure was great! I'll definitely be back!
