Shio ramen was super and you must order their Gyoza , fried or grilled, whatever it's really great. Their noodle a bit over cooked, you should ask for a bit harder noodle than their usual.

Ramen is so goooood! Recommend to choose Tamari or Salt. Adding more Chashu is a must ????

Tamari Shoyu ramen is very good. Unique tamari flavor. Gyoza also nice and juicy

Rather thin, non-curly and resilient noodles . Thick-Big-Soft Chashu , Red Miso Ramen , Yaki Gyoza
