In the beginning, it took 10 minutes to get our drink order in and that's after I waved someone down. John decided to make him our server and he was great! Ask for him.
It's my second time here and the customer service is awful. I came to order to take away , and both times I was ignored by them. I guess I was not lucky. Food is good as all the BWW locations.
