this is where you can get tickets for the alcatraz tour . booking would be about two weeks in advance but they sell tickets at 7am for walk ins. its just a few and the line is long. be there before 6am

We wanted to go to the island but they were all booked up. The next tour of Alcatraz was August. So plan about a month in advance!

3 essentials: family-friendly porta potties out back w/ changing tables ; a few outlets to charge devices, and Red Bull (original + Sugarfree) up front.

If you're early for your Alcatraz Ferry , this is a good place to wait, rather than outside in the heat/cold/wind. You don't have to buy something to sit down, and there's restrooms inside & out.

Food was very pricey . Treat it as a place for last-minute food before getting on the ferry .

I went there 2 weeks ago or so. It was disgusting, expensive and the staff was rude specially this waiter called BJ. Moreover a pidgey came into the café and none came there to kick it out! BULLSHIT!!

Do NOT eat here. Stupid expensive . Food is horrible. Go hungry. Seriously. It's better if than eating this .. ive had better school cafeteria food .

Food & drinks are ridiculously expensive . I would only advise eating here if you its a diabetic emergency.
