Nice park but ok a very busy road . Schools, gyms & parks up & down the street. Drive slow! We gotta protect our youth!
There are some nice paced paths, but some of the sidewalks need to be repaired and at least one hill that is nearly impossible to navigate in a wheelchair without assistance.
Baseball and soccer fields open most of the time. larpers on Sundays.

Hell no don't encourage people to bring their dog onto the softball fields . They may not clean up the poop and then I step or dive into trying to play softball.
