Usually get the order wrong. My wife is lactose intolerant and twice when we've ordered soy hot chocolate & they mark the cup soy, she got milk ! They don't seem to care either.

I've never had a problem. Most of the time they know me by name and my order. And I'm not a daily customer or big tipper
