The Surf and Turf is a quality meal. It's not too expensive and you get to experience what 22 Prime is known for, premium steak at not too premium price. And the prawns are pretty hefty too.
If you don't care about paying expensive food you can try here. It would be worth every penny. Very friendly staff and while dining there is someone singing at the middle of the dining.
Definitely place to be! Great view , very attentive staff ! The food is great! Tomahawk steak is a MUST! Surf n turf is great too!!! One of the best steak houses in MNL so far!

For those with smaller appetites - Wagyu Hanger Steak is divinely tender and tasteful. And that sauce! (But the truffle fries was a letdown.)
Surf and Turf is great even for the price! Do not park at the basement ! Corners are very tight even the parking slot. Park at the Podium instead.
Go for the oyster tower! 3 Different kinds cooked oysters with great paring sauces! It's so much yummy!!

Excellent lobster bisque -- well worth the Php395++! Just don't expect too many pieces of actual lobster ;)
