Make sure you grab a bucket with a trash bag at the door before you go digging through the troughs, they weigh your treasures by the lb. Have fun and throw some elbows !

It's like a treasure hunt through loads of crap you'd rather not touch. I generally go with the "investigate only what catches your eye" approach.
I didn't like this as much as the regular goodwill store: the clothes are just thrown in bins and you have to dig to find anything.
