If it's crowded , best to go else where. You can insist on waiting and eventually getting a seat, but don't then go around complaining when you get less than perfect service from the staff .

Came here for dinner at 7:30pm on weekdays and the service is awesome! C'mon guys what do you expect? Look at how much you're paying for a plate of meal? Still want to complaint2 some more! :P

The best Nando's chain in KL. Service is excellent. The waiters are friendly and very accommodating. food is served hot off the grill.

Watch out for other people. You might bump into some inappropriate body parts of other people. Done my fair share of the lustful collision.

Service is very bad and slow. One chinese staff serves unwillingly with sound and expression to customers. One group of staffs sitting behind and occupied a big table making noise and sleeping too.
Go for hot peri peri , the taste is just nice. If you wanna taste the descent taste of nice chicken , go for lemon and herbs.

After a month x masuk nandos . I had vege burger with spinach . Now im full.
Quite packed on weekends..better don't put it in your list when you're having empty stomach

Service aren't that friendly .. If you're rushing to close, I suggest you don't take anymore orders better than you show customers unwilling expression. For take-outs, pls check orders before you leave

Service is so inconsistent, the waiters are sometimes really terrible. Only come here if there's no space at Chili 's or Ben's and you need to eat fast and go
