You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to eat at the Flying Pig ! The place is always packed, and it's understandable why...the food is remarkable, the staff impeccable, and the service perfection!
Pulled pork poutine and a juicy slab of pork chop with heaps of tasty lard - they’re called the flying pig for a reason!
Get the bone marrow cheesy bread ! The salmon platter was pretty good too. The walnut old fashion was not my fav—a little too thick with the maple syrup . Great vibe.
Get whatever platter special they have. Usually around $35/pp and it's 4-5 courses of food. Best deal. Really high quality. Bone marrow , steak , fish , shrimp/lobster rissotto, etc
Amazing pork chop and fries with pulled pork . A must visit. Also directly across from several great next stops on you way through Yale Town .
Salt and pepper squid was good, but know that it also has jalapeño peppers — which is not mentioned on the menu, so I was a little surprised by how spicy they were. Lips were numb. Good, but spicy .
In all my years I've never been here and I feel bad. This place is awesome. Awesome food awesome prices and awesome interior. Great for groups and family. HIGHLY recommended!
Fun atmosphere + great food makes this place one of the best places to go for dinner in Yaletown. Get the halibut with gnocchi and add a side of brussel sprouts-- you won't be disappointed.
Caprese salad was worse than home & the steak was cut the wrong way across the grain. The cauliflower on the share plate was awesome & the Arctic char was great. Just cant forgive the steak .
Corned beef hash was very good as is the free banana bread ! Great place for brunch and we didn't have a wait around 11am on Saturday.
Take the poutine with pulled pork ! Soooo heavenly ! The onion rings as an apetizer were good too. Some of the staff was a bit weird but friendly .
The tenderloin was amazing! And the bacon Caesar was delish! Lovely surroundings and great service. Can't wait to go back!
The food is pricy but really amazing. Worthy the cost. Sebo fish (excuse my spelling) is the best
Everything here is so good! Staples: Brussels sprouts , short ribs , Mac and cheese , lobster risotto .. List goes on.. Happy hour 3-5pm!
Excellent food. I also love yaletown. Try brusselsprouts, mussels , bone marrow , vanilla sponge chocolate cake ...yummy
I love the split pea soup and brussels sprouts here! The wifi password is "oinkoink" hahaha.
Finally got a break and wanted a good meal and a chillax atmosphere... yes and yes....from a stateside worker bee thank you for a great experience
A number of people I met while eating out in Vancouver recommend this restaurant . Great seafood and reasonably priced!
Such an outstanding happy hour ! Great patio , perfect for dates, friends, and moms!
Excellent! Nice selection of wines and beers , focused menu. Took a friend visiting from out of town ; great choice.
The salmon sampler, mushroom side and seafood pappardelle were all absolutely delicious!!
Go here on Sundays for the Sunday Porchetta Dinner !
Daily feature pasta is always a good choice, also the appetizers menu the Appy Hour from 3-6pm
I loved the BC salmon , and the quinoa risotto that came with it. Delectable.
If you're here for dinner , make sure to come back for brunch and to try their brioche French Toast with Maple Blueberry Compote .
Amazing pork poutine ! And the signature pork rack is sensational. Strongly recommended.
The brunch menu is delicious. The smoked salmon benedict will leave you satisfied all day.
The lobster risotto was good! Very creamy but not cheesy. Perfectly delicious!
Everything we had was awesome. The seafood pappardelle was delicious. Yummy!
Pork poutine is a must!
Service was great and friendly when we went. Sat at the bar for brunch - delicious ceasers and yummy frittatas
The Mac'n cheese was ok and the seafood pasta also. Great ambiance but the food is too simple to come back!
Bone marrow was so rich but so good
Lovely food. Calamari , brussel sprouts , bone marrow
Croque Madame is the best brekkie this restaurant has to offer!
Food, service, and drinks were all great
Best spot to eat in Yaletown, hands down. Veal Piccata is amazing. Great staff , great vibe.
The onions rings with blue cheese sour cream were my favorite part.
Just as good a brunch as their Gastown location, which is to say great.
Amazing food! The sauces shine with these thoughtful dishes, a must go!
Chef Erik's Croque Madame left this Mademoiselle very pleased! Stellar service.. Needed a fork and five came at me :)
Service and food! What a genuine place. Loved it!
Getting multiple sides makes it cheaper and as filling as an entree.
There is some great stuff here but it does all feel pretty pricy
Excellent mussels & clams .
Halibut is delicious. Same for the veal parmigiana special! You won't regret eating here :)
It has great comfort foods and good desserts ! ;)
Every bite is a heaven here—try their short ribs and lobster/crab risotto .
