Best place in town to buy quality spices -- great variety. Look for the store brand bulk.
If you're sick take twice the vitamin C you normally take. It's hard to take too much of this vitamin. I take 1000mg five times a day, 2000mg if I feel a cold coming on!
The only place I can find nuts & seeds that aren't salted, roasted, or both. ????

Cleaner employees and cleaner store than any of the Walmarts around. Plus excellent sushi and a Starbucks. Prices are a couple of cents higher depending on items, but worth it for the quality. - Kira Frazier
