Come here instead of the cary jewel or the frg dominicks even though I live on the edge of cary and frg. Because I am vegan and the other stores have nothing for me. This place has quite a bit more.

Wonderful, helpful people. They don't all like working there, but they are at least friendy. They are getting more gluten free products in all the time as well .

If you like clusterfucks and running headlong into people turning into a blind aisle wanting something that is clearly not in that place but three aisles over, you'll enjoy this place!

The weirdo butcher lady will tell you about her husbands dietary habits. You don't even have to ask!

Needs a management overhaul at the cashier area (or at the very least- they should trade places with those they belitttle). You are better off going to Woodmans or Joseph's for better service .
