Tout est bon! Surtout l ’os à moelle et les harengs à discrétion! En revanche le ceviche était pas au top. Concentrez vous sur la viande !
Les os à moelle sont trop copieux et surtout trop gras . Impossible à finir sans avoir des hauts le cœur. Salade Caesar basique mais très bon tartare . Bref il faut se concentrer sur la viande
