Food was good...their 12 layer caramel cake was to die for! You must try their homemade cakes .
Had heard how good this place is from a Georgia cooking show. It’s definetly worth stopping and experiencing good local bbq . A variety of choices all home made and fresh.
The Pit Stop’s BBQ sauce is really good. Get lots of it to make up for the bland beef . The pork has a strong oak flavor. The smoke is slightly it bitter, but the sauce makes a great combination.
Combo platter was great. Generous portions and 2 people can share. Reasonably priced.
Get the wings !! They fall off the bone!
