Black Sesame dessert is not up to par: full of starch and very much sweetened. Lack black sesame aroma. Tasted better one in other dessert outlet.

Dessert and dim sums , not the best but palatable. The best is you don't have to queue like it's neighbor…

A Chinese restaurant mainly serving a variety choice of desserts however the tastes is totally OUT is a failure. Snow fungus beverage supposed to be very authentic but they replaced by soda water . SAD

Roasted crispy fried chicken rice ...chicken not tender .. over fried ...

If you're up for dessert , don't bother trying please. The sesame paste is so oily and the beverages are bad. Supposed to be snow fungus drink but it was actually soda water . Never coming back again.

Tried "braised tender beef rice ", taste not ok, beef not tender. longan snow fungus drink a big disappointment, they using longan from can and add in snow fungus!

Yin Yong & Milk Tea lose to Pat Kin Pat San ... can do better

Food is mediocre. Service is very bad. Waiters looks like they don't care. Better don't come to work.
