Start with an order (or two) or the house labneh and barbari bread . Freekeh fritters , fried cauliflower , and the squid are all awesome. The standout dish is the lamb belly . All around excellent.
Sara Kramer and Sarah Hymanson of Grand Central Market’s Madcapra partnered up with the Jon & Vinny duo for what is probably the most buzzed about new restaurant opening in town . Read more
The Marinated Feta & Beets was great. Not too salty not too heavy. Labneh with bread was totally with it. If you have space, get some extra bread . And the Frikkeh things - so tasty.
Love it here! Sunday afternoon after 3 is a smaller “snack menu ” but everything we got was delicious. The marinated feta is a must as a starter, and get extra bread !
I had a great dinner here. The rabbit and the persian rice were delicious and the meze platter was great to share and have a bit of everything. Also: great natural wine options on the wine list .
Love every detail that went into this place. Breakfast and dinner looks amazing. Went at lunch and was awesome. Every dish we ordered was pretty tasty! Extra garlicky!!!
Same chef as Glasserie, one of our favorites in NYC. Brunch delicious. Decor beautiful. Waitstaff awesome. Get Albariño white wine . Lemon chicken pastry .
Brocollino, lettuce gem salad and crispy rice were delicious. There is an optional gratitude and mandatory 20% service fee.
Everything is beautiful and delicious! The Turkish breakfast is a great sampler dish, really filling. The flaky bread is tasty, get the honey one. And I love the lamb polenta .
The flatbread with labneh , honey , and lemon is unexpectedly light and indulgent at the same time! The broccoli toast also has unexpected and delightful flavors. Both highly recommended!
Will come back and direct all my friends! Such a beautiful place and incredibly tasty food! Thank you guys for making it with love!
Wonderful food and service. Outdoor tables available, although the street can be a bit noisy . The chicken and pine nut pies and the lamb meatballs were excellent.
everything here is incredible. try coming on the early side for brunch - love the shakshuka and the cucumber salad .
Environment and food are fantastic. If you’re in the mood for sharing, order a couple of small plates per person. Everything is just amazing.
This was such a fantastic take on middle eastern food . Loved everything, esp the Squash , Artichoke and dessert !
Loved the hen of the woods mushroom dish. It was an amazing combo of mushrooms , chickpeas , pea shoots , green chili & almond broth
Solid food that's on the pricier side. Order bread with labneh and the avocado salad . A glass of natural wine list is too expensive .
Mediterranean flavors with a Californian influence. Reliably solid; good for couples, parents, dates, whatever. Service from brunch til dinner .
Middle-eastern food, elevated . One of the most inventive brunch I've had in LA. Dinner is said to be amazing too.
Had a lovely dinner at Kismet last week! Both the salads and the seafood were outstanding!
A lovely lunch today at this restaurant ! The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe. A very good experience!
Great brunch , especially the Persian cucumbers and feta small plates
Everything is delicious, spiced carrot dish and all of the salads are great in particular. Awesome service.
The fried cauliflower , the lemony chicken pie , the spicy pickles , the tahini … all so delicious.
marinated feta , lamb meatballs , flaky bread were so delicious, highly recommend! great service and ambience
Everything I had was good! Faves: lamb belly , hen of the woods mushrooms , and fried cauliflower
Must get the rabbit feast, orange wine , and sour beer . Best LA restaurant thus far!
Every dish was superb. My companion and I agreed we could return and order exactly the same items and be thrilled again!
Parking in this area is a nightmare and there isn’t always a valet running. Nothing like leaving your meal halfway in to feed a meter at a 1 hour parking spot .
Everything. Crispy rice with egg yolk , Persian cucumber , and babari bread with feta
Seriously delicious middle eastern food with pleasant service .
The carrots and chickpeas are insane. I also love the tahini with hen of the woods mushrooms
The tatsiki and hummus are the best!
'Flaky bread ' is like a scallion pancake minus scallion . Highly recommend the broccoli toast .
Fried cauliflower was amazing. Lamb was a bit fatty.
Take the half chicken and hummus and pickles ????
breakfast platter! (can be made vegan too) and the sweet potato is to die for.
