A few years ago, I really liked this place. Since it went under some "changes" it just hasn't been the same. Now, it's just easier to shop their online store. More variety, options.

So many empty shelves, and not organized . When I asked an employee where the cross stitches were located, she blew me off and said "Somewhere over there, maybe near the yarn." No follow through.
Dirty floors. Do not use the men's room if you can avoid doing so. The seats are falling off and there's "leftovers" on the bowls.
