Ulta Beauty

I have never had anything but great experiences at ulta. Sorry about those unfortunate ones but Tony was very helpful today! And I am a frequent ulta shopper.

The staff at this ulta is by far the most helpful group of makeup girls I've ever dealt with. You think THIS is bad?? Try the Dior counter at Bergdorf's, then you'll know what intimidating really is.

The absolute best one stop shop for all your beauty needs. The prestige girls are so helpful!

I agree I go there fairly often but most of the time I feel so beneath the workers & when they scoffed at me about what shade of bare ess. I wear it really made me mad.

The employees are miserable most of the time and their attitudes make customers feel unwelcome. Many do not have very good product knowledge . I would much rather drive 45 minutes to Sephora.

Love the store, but like everyone else has said, horrible employees. But I always try to be polite towards them until they cross the line from unhelpful to rude.

I agree. I accompanied my daughter last week and they act like they are above everybody else.
