One of my favourite shopping centres as it has a huge layout and lots of space. Great variety of stores and restaurant area. Needs more designer stores though!

Help desk staff are friendly and there is a good range of shops, a more diverse selection of eateries would be nice, and less chain restaurants ! Also a few vacant units need filling. 4*

Cafe Qube is almost ready and will open its doors on Monday 30th June at Festival Place. We're celebrating the Hampshire Food Festival so come and browse lots of yummy treats from local suppliers!

Cinema and restaurant 'strip' is by far the best place to eat out in Basingstoke. Lots of chain restaurants with great discounts . Buy your cinema tickets before eating and get 30% off some places!

Best off coming here by public transport  as navigating through the car park is a total nightmare.

Pretty good place to meet with friends, and it hosts a brilliant day out :) Only across the road is the fountains that shoot water from the floor and seats available. Also Eastdrop park , a fantastic p

For excellent value for money go to AM Chinese Buffet - excellent choice, always hot and fresh and less than £7 for all you can eat !

Pay for your parking ticket at the Festival Place helpdesk - no queues, friendly and don't quibble about exact change only.

There's always somewhere to park . Attendants man the car parks . Lots of levels so remember to memorise!

If you parked near the Debenhams lift there is no payment machine at the lift when you return. Instead of going on a wild goose chase there is a handy machine by the exit barriers with a place to park

Plenty of services within easy reach of car park and public transport . Basingstoke lacks good restaurants and boutique shops .

The car park needs repairing and the rent is too high, forcing shops to close down. Clean place and generally good. 4*

Best place to go for shopping in Basingstoke after a day of work :)

Definitely try a pretzel from Aunty Anne's. Best pretzels outside of NYC.

Avoid during the summer holidays

Can you drive a Ford Fiesta through here while being chased by baddies in a Corvette? Why, yes!

Leave the car at home and come by train , the station is directly opposite the shopping centre!

The top floor of the car park is usually quiet and you can park easily

One does not simply park in festival place at the weekend

Try the BBQ ribs at Giraffe! Yummy! :)
