Cherry Beach

not easy to get to by foot (which is what I did) but once down the views are spectacular. There is a TTC bus that can take you down almost all the way. Lovely. Can't wait to show up in the summer for

The downtown beach . Great to cycle to and pretty quiet on weekdays in the summer. Lovely spot to soak up some rays.

Beautiful landscape, good for picture. However, the sand is black.

Take the 72B bus from union station, or the 72A and have to walk about 10 minutes down Cherry st. from Commissioners

I love that the parking is free here. Busy on the weekends and generally hard to find a parking spot .
