They open at 6 on weekdays, everyone at that time typically becomes a regular. Make it a habit, you'll be fine.

The suspended running track is awesome!

What a great place to get a workout! One of the best and biggest college recreation centers in the nation!

Go early am or late pm for a pick of machines.

Coldest water fountain is on the third floor by the free weights.

Yelling while performing an exercise does not make you bigger or stronger. It just makes you annoying and "that guy".

try the hand bike for a challenging cardio workout if your legs are tired.

Take one of Diana's Zumba or Spinning Classes !!! She was an awesome instructor

Total body workout was great !!

Workout at lunch , pushups are good food.
