The ribs here are unreal! I'm sure everything else is great too but I haven't been able to bring myself to order anything but the ribs !
Amazing ribs for when the cravings hit on cold days, smoked wings are awesome too on the monday special! Cornbread needs work (IE jalapeno , niblets, maybe some scallion ), tastes like sponge cake .
Monday mania specials are good way to end the first day of any work week! Full rack , 1lb wings and fries or salad for $25 tax in!

Quality has gone down from it's early days. Ribs were burnt and the chicken wings are off from the early years. Obviously the passion and the quality control is not the same.
