You can be oh so right but they'll find a way to make you feel you were in the wrong! As if these "cops" hold any value to their statements. Philly is a city hungry for money. They'll get you some way

I had a super nice woman for my hearing . She dismissed my ticket because they forgot to mark the model of the vehicle on the original ticket!

Show up at 8am no matter what time your "scheduled hearing " is that day. They don't follow the schedule anyway and you'll be in and out MUCH faster.

Dont expect to win anything here, at best you'll walk away with SOME of the fines or penalties reduced.

Be patience you’ll be waiting couple of hours

Just pay the ticket before penalties are added. Grrrr.

Don't bring a coffee or other hot beverage with you - you will have to throw it away. I learned the hard way. Ugh.

Notice the new offices and new blazer jackets . You paid for those.

you only get 15 days to pay a parking ticket. To avoid penalty , schedule a hearing and pay ticket as soon as possible.
