This McDonald's location is a franchise and therefore does not follow the same corporate guidelines that most other stores do. (substitutions, particular customisations etc)
They usually don't listen to your request and you have to double check and ask for it again and again!!!
Price on menu board for sm white choco mocha is listed at $2.29, on my receipt I was charged $2.39 We nicely informed Mgr Teresa to correct their pos price but she rudely said its additional tax. Wow!
They've had major crime problems & therefore had to hire security, restrict WiFi policies , and as a result has become like an inner city McDonald's. Management seems to be over-controlling also.

Management has raised the prices at this franchise to much higher than other McDonald 's in the area and charges for WiFi . Needs a surprise audit.
