I love this store. The staff is amazing and is always willing to help. They are experienced and knowledgeable about technology.

Customer service skills are non-existent. If you do need anything from Best Buy, buy it online and pick it up at the store that day.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I really like their open box itemsi

Staff dont make you feel welcome or appreciated. Lacking in customer service skills and had a lot of problems with there computer products. Don't recommend shopping here.
