What even needs to be said about Clydz? This is one of the premiere craft cocktail & martini bars in NJ. Add an exotic menu and you've got a long time New Brunswick staple. Don't pass this place up.

Moscow Mule is awesome. Cucumber gimlet is very refreshing. The bartenders are nice and actually educate you on the drinks which I like. It's a great space,very intimate .

Love the scallop risotto . The brownie a la mode is delicious, rich yet light. Nothing like the overly sugary versions of this dessert .

Found this place 3 years ago when I moved to NJ. It will be one of the few places I will miss now that I'm leaving. Best martinis around and made in the old school manner. Give it a try.

I like this place because you can have your own cosmo/martini to pour. Their food is alright. One thing I would do: try to get their early because the place gets packed...shoebox packed.

Crazy good drinks and menu, sexy, scruffy bartenders wearing ties... But not at all stuffy. Very casual . Employee iPods are better than the music selection at every bar in New Brunswick.

My fiancé & I’s regular here is the Intelligent Gimlet , but I’ve found it to be made with poor quality when it was made by any bartender who wasn’t Eugene.
