Nice place in general, clean and comfortable . Great if you're on the road (snuggled between I-70 and 74) Downfall, good food and coffee is about 10-15min drive.

Had some major maintenance issues upon check in but staff was VERY accommodating. Staff is wonderful and beds are comfy ! Furniture is dated.

The place is in need of a good once over in terms of maintenance. Super comfortable bed and pillows . Great staff , great location and parking . Annoying TVs you can’t hook up to.

Do not get rooms 122 through 126 - you will hear all night the elevator lobby, people checking in, and housekeeping rolling carts! No quiet time!

Here because I am unable to get to Chicago just enjoying my time staff doing the best under staffed for demand I would still recommend it.

Nice place. Has a 24-Hour gym & an awesome 24-Hour cafe that provides Starbucks coffee & pastries . Yum.

The room are nice and clean . The Ethernet is really bad and slow. The service is very slow at lunch the lady could not comme with excuses. For the breakfast the floor was sticky and food was so so.

A little outdated. But great service. The room service burger is pretty amazing.

Pros: close to airport , free airport shuttle , seems to be clean , friendly staff . Cons: dated rooms, old dirty cocking around tub, tub made weird noise.

HORRIBLE STAY. Staff was unprofessional. Heat was inadequate, cold vent blowing right in our faces. Rooms were outdated.
