Always enjoy the generous portions and good prices but my last visit was amazing thanks to a fabulous waiter named Allen. Attentive, courteous and down home. Some staff would benefit by watching him.
I love their chicken strips and their chicken fried chicken and they also make a great pecan chicken salad . Oh, and their croissants are amazing!!!
Great relaxed environment , variety of menu items, and they still serve the infamous monte Cristo sandwhich . Must try at least once!
My fav- lunch portion Salmon w/ Brocolli-cheese casserole , croissants & green beans !
Spinach Dip w/salsa is great, Bourbon Glazed Salmon , Mango Tilapia w/grilled shrimp , broc casserole , glazed carrots all GREAT
Serving sizes are large . . . you may want to share with your "soul mate".
My favorite is the Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad . I have them add the honey glazed pecans to it-yummy!
New fav: Grilled fish tacos , add cheese & sub w/ cole slaw instead of roasted corn slaw .
The new cornmeal catfish fried is top notch. As always, hearty portions on the dinner meal. Lunch portion could be plenty for lighter appetites.
Cheddar fries and ranch is delicious!!! And don't miss out on the buttered croissants - trust me, they sound boring but they're unforgettable!!
