Vasona Lake County Park

The Christmas lights in your car is fun, but they could really update their lights. The line is also really long, so come early because they cut it off after the line gets long enough

An amazing park , right next to Oak Meadow park . A nice carousel and train for kids, lots of grass and great play structures for the kids to run around and play on.

Please be kind and pay the $6 parking fee. The money pays for keeping the park clean , restrooms in working order, and roads & trails maintained. Be proud to do your small part by paying the fee.

Great for picnics . It's possible to reserve space for larger gatherings. Park on University near Pepper Tree to avoid entrance fees.

Park on the street on University , across from AAA. Then walk in through Oak Meadow Park . Then you do not have to pay for parking !

Make a reservation . The logistics of this place are highly out of step with the volume of demand. Getting in here just to park is murder, even if you’ve made a reservation . ????

We usually park outside the park along Los Gatos creek trail then walk into & around the park !

Fall is a beautiful time of year to be out here. Perfect weather for a leisurely bike ride . Grab your bike , your H20 bottle & just ride.

Bring spending money! It costs $6 to park in the park , plus it's located near a shopping district!

The railroad is closed in February and March, but the Carousel is open! Bring the kids to the Oak Meadow Park playground to play then walk across the field to the Carousel. There is also a snack bar . Read more
