The aspect is from an old building but this is my second time and food at the bar and the restaurante as much as service are quite good!
Very nice hotel . Beds are super comfortable , clean rooms , towels and bedding are soft. Had lunch twice at El Tucan restaurant and the food was well prepared and tasty. Same for the bkfst buffet .
Beautiful hotel , it's far from San Jose (for traffic reasons) and the pool is very close to the events place, not so comfortable to use with a lot of people surrounding
Angie at the front desk is awesome! Matter of fact the whole staff is.. They are sooo friendly and helpful

Big hotel , feels very contained. More for a business clientele. Area around/behind has many different restaurants though.

La gente súper amable pero la ropa de cama pésimo muy rasposa y las almohadas están tan grandes y duras que amaneces torcido del cuello. Al principio mi cuarto súper sucio después mejoró.
